Are you buying CFB26?

I tried to set this up as a pole but it wouldn’t let me…Anyway, I’ve been thinking about this and I honestly don’t see enough good reasons to buy it. I am looking at it a few ways…

1) EA games don’t change much year to year. Ever since they were given exclusivity they have stopped worrying about improving the game, At least as a priority.

2) Because it was the big return for this franchise I told myself - Let loose & spend. Treat yourself this first year. Well I did & I wouldn’t have had anywhere close to the team I have had I went NMS like I usually do. Since I have a complete end game team, Why not just keep playing this one?  Since we know the game will largely be the same, Why buy new?

3) If I got bored I would probably just start a franchise. Again, Nothing will be new so just stick with the current game.

Bottom line - EA no longer gets the benefit of doubt. And until PROVEN otherwise, They’re not getting anything from me.

Hell no!  In fact i will never buy any EA game ever again. I already knew this would be a chit show coming in after swearing off Madden a few years back and they did not disappoint.

Probably, definitely going nms tho if I do, just love the team building process and it becomes tough during the endgame. Playing MLB tho for a long time nonetheless

Same!…Took Friday off from work so I could hit the ground running. Diamond Dynasty is the best team building mode in all of video games. Doesn’t matter how much you play or if you spend or not - You will have a fun & usable team & there’s so much to do.

I'm seriously considering not. My problem is football games are far and away my favorite. If I buy them it'll likely be after Christmas when it and Madden are like $20.

I believe the next installment will be significantly better. A more polished, streamlined and improved version is what I’m expecting. CFB25 was the first game in a decade, so now they’ve gathered the data and figured out how to make the best game possible for CFB26.

yeah just cause I only play this/MLB/random cod spurts. But I gave up on madden this year and I'm definitely going NMS next year for CFB. I came in with high hopes for this year being that it wasn't MUT but it's literally just a copy/paste. Without a mode overhaul i'll definitely just be nms next year.

More or less likely not. EA is just a money hungry company and since they had their legal issues this year they've been charging off that but for packs odds are way down there's no sense in spending money on a useless game that's just a copy and paste of the same cards. And everybody just runs the same scheme. Civil and de-croft has basically ruined the game because nobody really wants to do their own thing there's so many playbooks on offense and defense and yet everybody runs the same cheese. I know how to stop it and everything but it does get boring the same sweat after sweat same play after same play Same cheese after same cheese. It's boring. Like don't get me wrong I love a good back and forth game or a good sweat game but based off people bringing their own style to the game. At the end of the day EA just wants money. And allow people to spend money to get a better player but in fact the lower overall does the same damn thing there's no difference in stats players overalls. The DDA is so screwed up it keeps away over all player to be matched on the same basis. Which that should not be the case. A 74.84.89 or 92 should never keep the same running pace as a 98 or 99 especially if they're a d-tackle or DN. It just becomes pointless I quit spending and if I happen to pick up see if b26 it would be an absolute most money spent and that's if they make it my worthwhile because the season pass sucks the awards suck especially the packs suck they don't allow one to keep up with what they're doing. If anything it would be back and forth with Dynasty but back to a different game. Unless they change it. But ultimately EA is never going to change as you can tell with the end game right now they're just putting out repeat cards letting EA interns do dumb crap with the game that's absolutely killing it not in a good way it's ridiculous and they really killed the hype

Yea, haven’t bought the last few Maddens and jumping into CFB this time feels like a major upgrade in most if not all comparisons.
