Is aftershock worth using if it's discounted or is it a useless ability?

If you play H2H it’s very valuable, if you are only playing 203 min qtrs vs the CPU it has very little value though for 1 AP gold it’s great value still.

Thanks for the reply I mainly play h2h or squads h2h so I will try it out on my guys that get it for cheap.
