Best jerseys for the worst team?

Like probably so many of you, I wanna take a trash team in dynasty and turn it into a powerhouse. Which bad teams have some good jerseys? And about the bad teams, there’s definitely not as many teams in the high 60s as there was in NCAA 14. So did the sliders just change with the game, so low to mid 70s are the new high 60s? And for the jerseys, is there a way to get the names on the back of the uniforms if they don’t already have it?
